"Thanks to the internet and eBay I found out about Sunrise Yamaha. I saved over $2000 by taking a trip to Searcy, AR with my wife to buy a Classic Yamaha Vulcan 900. The staff loaded up the motorcyle onto my Tundra and strapped down and I made the happy trip back to Austin. This will be another toy that I will keep at my beach house in North Padre Island."

" It has been a little over a month since I rode my bike off the lot. I wanted to wait before posting any comments to see how the service after the sale was. The salesman (Jon) was very good and I would recommend him to anyone but I still needed to see how things went after the sale. I have to say that I have been very pleased with their service department and the staff in general. They are knowledgeable and very courteous. Service is a very important aspect to me and should be to anyone who wants to keep their ride running smooth over the long run.
I would recommend these guys to anyone who is considering buying a quality ride and have high expectations for service after the sale. I believe I can trust these guys to take care of me and my bike. Besides, I think I have the wife talked into getting a bike of her own and if you think I am a picky customer!

"On 8/9/2008 I arrived in Searcy, Ar. (Sunrise Yamaha)
to purchase a pre-owned bike. Upon entering the dealership I was greeted with a welcome from the sales members and a how can we help you? This was very impressive to the wife and I on how they made use feel we were the center of attention at that time. I ask to see the salesperson in which I had spoke with by phone two weeks prior to our arrival. I was once again impress that Roger Coker had remembered my name and why we were there, and what type in motorcycle we had discuss two weeks ago. Roger began by showing me the intire dealership, from pre-owned to new bikes. Then we got down to business on trying to place me on the best bike that would suit my needs. Roger at no time pressured me to make a decision with out answering all questions I had during my purchase. Roger introduced me to Brian and explain to him what we were looking for. Brian offered some suggestions and aloud Roger to continue to work with me in a very professional manner. Four and a half hours later I made the chose of a 2007 XV19C Stratoliner. Roger presented me the cost of the bike and introduced me to Donald to finalize the purchase. I explained to Donald that I understood that the dealership had to make a profit to stay in business and that they had to make as much as they can on a bike, but I was here to save as much as possible to make a deal in which both parties are happy. Roger, Brian, and Donald both agreed, but the most important issue was that I would be happy with the experice of purchasing from Sunrise Yamaha this was the most important goal they were conerned with. Not only did I leave with a NEW 2007 Yahama I left with the most enjoyible purchasing experience I have every had.
After the purchase was finalized I was in introduced to Tommy in the service department; he took time to expain the operations of the bike I had purchased and answering questions before leaving the dealership.
I would recommed this dealership to anyone before making your next purchse, very professional and service minded.

"I went shopping for a scooter recently. They were all out so they took a $150 deposit from me and began looking. I found a good deal on a used one and bought it from a private party. They said they would refund my deposit if I changed me mind. They promptly returned it the next day in the mail. They are a reputable company that keeps their word.
A few years ago I mistakenly took my bike in for service on a Monday to drop it off. They are closed on Monday's, my fault for not checking. The owner was inside, came out and helped me get my bike off the trailer and put it in the shop for Tuesday. He was busy with paperwork and didn't have to do that but it sure helped me out. Nice people run the place and the salesmen are not pushy."

"I bought a 07 660 Rhino & a 08 700 Grizzly. Brian in sales (From the Honda side) was the reason I purchased from Sunrise. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. "Bought Two bikes in the last the last year and couple months. First bike was the 06 ninja 650r silver with red frame. Loved the bike but just recently traded it in for the new 07 V-Star 1300 Tourer model in black. Love both bikes. Had David as my sales rep. Sorry to hear he has left. Brian in finance and warranty worked hard to get me the best deal and rate and we worked many options on the new bike. I do most, if all of my own service but have used them once on the 06 Ninja I traded for the first service. Parts is parts, I have only bought oil and some accessories. I would like to see the accessory and apparel sections improve. Though it's a haul to get to you all in Searcy, I like the feel of the dealership complex, and the staff seem to do thier best. I'm sure I will be coming back again in the future for parts or another motorcycle as soon as I talk my wife into getting one too. Thanks a bunch, and I love the new bike."
